Visa (cost is per person)

• 1 500 baht - Notary Letter (for overseas application)
• 5 000 baht - Lawyer’s Fee
• 1 900 baht - Government Fee

NOTE: if your wife & children are staying under your visa, there will be a separate 5 000 baht Lawyer’s Fee for their visa.
Work Permits (cost is per person)
1st Year

• 5 000 baht – Lawyer’s Fee
• 5 000 baht - New Administrative Work Permit Fee
• Government Fee’s – See Below

Subsequent Years

• 5 000 baht - Lawyer’s Fee
• Government Fee’s – See Below

Government Fee’s

• 1 100 baht - Within 3 Months
• 3 200 baht - 3-11 Months

LEGAL NOTES:

• Your Visa should be a “non immigrant O” visa.
• The applicant’s Visa must have a minimum of two months left when the application for a work permit is made.
• It can take up to one month from when the work permit application is submitted for the work permit to be issued. So please begin the process for your Work Permit as soon as you receive your visa.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR VISA UP TO DATE & PAPERWORK ORGANIZED WITH THE LAWYER WITH ENOUGH TIME TO GET IT RENEWED.

Re-Entry Permit:

When you have received your visa, you must purchase a re-entry permit to exit Thailand.
If you do not: YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THE VISA & WORK PERMIT PROCESS AGAIN INCLUDING PAYING ALL THE FEE’S!

The re-entry permits are available from immigration. You can purchase a one-time re-entry or a multiple re-entry at any time but they are only for the length of your visa.
Single Re-entry Permit: 1 000 baht
Multiple Re-entry Permit: 3 800 baht
